We provide homeownership solutions for individuals that are not able to qualify for traditional mortgages, based on issues such as bad but repairable credit, low down-payment, insufficient income statements (self-employed or employees).

Olivia Barber
RTO Specialist & Program Manager
Olivia Barber obtained a degree in Business Marketing, before starting her own successful cleaning business. Currently, she is one of our top Rent-To-Own specialists in Saint John, New Brunswick. Olivia knows firsthand what it is like to not be able to afford her own home. After saving for years and trying to purchase on her own, she realized with inflation and being self-employed she would most likely never own a house. This motivated Olivia to make it her goal to help other people who are facing similar challenges. She strives to ensure that her clients are able to own their own homes now, without having to wait for years
Nicholas Opara
RTO Specialist & Assistant Program Manager
Nicholas Opara obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering prior to moving to Canada. Once in Canada, he further obtained a postgraduate degree certificate in Robotics & Industrial Automation from Conestoga College. Currently, he works as a Sales Professional within the software industry, as well as works as a Rent-To-Own specialist. Nicholas deeply understands the pain points of motivated Canadians willing to become homeowners in these tough times; hence, he finds himself very determined and devoted to adding value to Canadians one person at a time.
